Terms of Use

This site is in no way affiliated with any of the anime/programs used for content within this site. Follow these simple terms. They mat be changed at anytime.

General
1. No direct linking, copying, stealing, or anything similar to those listed.
2. No abusing anything on this site, including the comment area.
3. Do not send any spam through email.
4. Do not redistribute any graphics as your own.

Layouts
1. Leave the credits!! You did not design any of the layouts and we worked really hard for doing these layouts for free.
2. Do not make any major alterations in the layouts! That means editing the codes, taking the watermark off, or any of that kind. Even if you know HTML, either a little or a lot, if you want a layout a specfic way then please request for one or go make your own.
3. Do not take any part of a layout and use it for something else.

Other Graphics
1. They are free to use but please do not claim them as your own.
2. Do not alter or imitate any graphics. If you want something in a specfic way then please request for one or go make your own.
3. Do not copy or direct link any graphics.
4. Textures can be used to make other graphics but credit is required also.
5. Wallpapers do not need credit but do not claim them as your own.

Affiliate Guidelines

-No sitebuilders. This means you cannot use a host such as freewebs or geocities, unless the layout is completely original. (Meaning it can't be a built in template.) Also, NO BLOGS, myspaces, or anything like that.

-Must get at least 10 unique-visitors a day. (Preferably 25 or more)

-Cannot be closed or on hiatus, unless it is an open hiatus. If you are on vacation, exceptions can be made or if the site is under construction. If construction is the case, you will be given a 30-day grace period to re-open before we will replace you.

-Layout must be well organized and easy on the eyes.

-Content must be original, unless proper credit it given.

-Needs to have around 15 complete pages, at least.

-No adult content. Meaning no pornography, hentai, or links to anything of that nature.

-No guidelines to what type of site it is.

-If at any time our link is removed from your site, we will remove yours from ours without warning. Also, if we decide to replace your spot with someone else, we will try to notify you first.

-We prefer you have a banner (preferably 88x31 in dimensions)but it isn't required. If you don't have one, we can make one for you.

-Some rules may be bent or broken, so please go ahead and submit anyway.
